Question: Hello Dr. My ovulation occured on last Tuesday or Wednesday as I had folllicular study on Wednesday and it showed ovulatiin occured. Now its 9 days post ovulation and am feeling cramps in lower abdomen. Also am feeling very tired from last 3-4 days. This might be due to daily routine. And am on medicine Duphaston 10 twice a day. Is this normal? Or something to worry about?

Brief Answer:
possibility of premenstrual symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cramps in the lower abdomen 9 days post ovulation and tiredness can be present as a normal symptoms of pre menstrual phase or can be due to very early pregnancy.
I suggest you to wait for your periods, if delayed then do a urine pregnancy test for confirmation. Continue duphastone as advised by your doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
