Question: We are trying to conceive and my wife took fermotid for 5 days of my periods,Doctor also prescribed me ovacare and oroferxt tablets and I am taking those tablets for the past 15 days,recently I m suffering with bloating for the past 4 days and this is the 24 th day of my cycle ,is these due to side effect of iron supplement or hormonal fluctuations,i got white creamy odrless discharge too.please do advise us

Bloating is the side effect of iron supplements. Since you are taking Oroferxt medication, this is possibly due to these tablets. This is due to some gastritis caused by iron and hence, you may need treatment accordingly. If you cannot tolerate the medication, please ask your doctor to change the prescription.

Bloating in the female can be due to hormone changes just before the onset of a period or in very early pregnancy, due to progesterone and/or prostaglandin release.

White discharge in a female is a natural phenomenon. The consistency can vary depending on the phase of the menstrual cycle. In a male, this discharge needs to be inspected and opined.
