Brief Answer:
Continue with ice and Tylenol!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully and understand your fears. There is no need to visit the ER or urgent care at this time. This is probably a viral infection and requires nothing but a pain and fever reliever such as tylenol. I recommend you continue with Tylenol and ice packs. Unless fever becomes worse or the breathing difficulties become concerning, we don't really need further aggressive medical intervention.

I suggest you report your progress to me in the next 24hours and depending on the information, we can make adjustments to address this worry and make sure all is okay.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Now it feels like something is pressing my throat and I still have the pressure in the lymph node area. Should I go to a doctor about this? My ears have been hurting too. Also, A little tightness on my chest area. I'm so sorry for complaining about my problems so much! I'm just worried! Thank you for your time!
