Suggest Remedies For Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Blood In Stool

Question: I have had stomach pain all night and numerous bm's. The last one had a lot of blood. I have had severe joint pain in my hands and feet in the last few weeks. I have been in tick infested areas lately and was bitten by a tick about a month ago. I also have a history of diverticulitis which has become infected once about 3 years ago. My mother had colon cancer at age 65. I have been really tired and fatigued the last month. I am leaving the country tomorrow . I need advice now!!

Hi and thank you for asking.
You are reporting to have had stomach pain, diarrhea and blood on stools.
I need to know if you have fever? The blood was mixed with stools or was a red and fresh stool blood.
Otherwise Your symptoms may be related with :
1. acute gastrointestinal infection
2. acute diverticulitis.
To my opinion you need to start antibiotic use like ciprofloxacin and metronidazole.
Meantime I suggest to take plenty of water ,probiotics.
If you continue to have blood in your stool than you need to be evaluated by a physician and you should go to ER.
