Brief Answer:
Ultrasound of the scrotum is the most appropriate next step

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

With the kind of blood vessels and nerves that are embedded in the testes any trauma how trivial it is should be first investigated with Ultrasound of the prostate.
The Aleve can definitely be of some help. However if there is a bleeding inside the scrotum it can be detected early by Ultrasound.
Once there is bleed the scrotum loses its vasculation and putrify.
You are very young should get the Ultrasound asap.

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound findings

Detailed Answer:
Ultrasound findings are the basis of the treatment.
If there is blood leaking into the scrotum it has to drained and the bleeding capillary has to cauterized. So actually need a surgery.

If there is no problem in the findings then you just go free with some painkillers and counseling how to avoid the events in future.

Hope this helps.
