Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Left Knee

Question: I am having alot of pain in my left knee and it feels like there is a knot right behind the bend in the knee. I have noticed a dark spot behind my knee and you can feel it it is raised enough to feel when you run your finger over it. The knot is more noticeable when I am on my feet for a long time and so is the pain. Sometimes the pain runs down my leg
