Brief Answer:
supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With travelling, gastric discomfort in guise of pain, cramps, diarrhea , spasmodic pain is very common and nothing to worry about. Just take any over the counter antispasmodic available there, take some tylenol for pain, continue with pepto and tums. Use yogurt with peppermint as natural probiotic and antispasmodic. Avoid triggers like spices, alcohol, soda, beverages, tea, coffee, processed canned foods etc. See if it helps. If the issue persists, you are going home tomorrow any way so have an appointment. Meanwhile 24 hours will be managed with supportive care.

I hope it helps. take good care of your son and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
