Brief Answer:
Stop fourderm cream, use plain antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
You have mentioned about using fourderm cream on the affected areas.
Besides containing miconazole it contains steroid which will promote the growth of fungus and won't cure the fungal infection.
Stop using fourderm cream.
Instead go for a plain antifungal cream only.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily and apply luliconazole cream on the affected areas once daily for atleast 4-5 weeks.
This will help in resolving the fungal infection.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
