Suggest Remedies For Psoriasis

Question: I am scheduled for a consultation with a surgeon pertaining to a possible small fluid-filled hernia in the groin area. I am very nervous about surgery and the complications that could arise. I have psoriasis, an autoimmune and inflammatory disease and fear that I would have increased risk of chronic pain or significant worsening of the psoriasis from a foreign object being in my body. Is it possible to have surgery without the mesh?

Brief Answer:
Respected Celes,hi still puzzled,relax please.

Detailed Answer:
Respected Celes,hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
Nice here again to answer you .
*Firstly how you decided hernia , need of surgery in form of mesh repair &
worsening of psoriasis from it ?
*Relax, first get your diagnosis be confirmed clinically by your Surgeon dear
& if it is confirmed then only take stress of mesh repair why from now ?
*I am still confident at this juncture you are not having hernia & don`t require
mesh repair.
*And think even if it turns out to be hernia ( let`s pray God this is not going
to be true for you ) , mesh repair is not going to give any chronic pain or
worsening of psoriasis.
*Just lie down in bed after reading this, gently massage your fingers over the
swelling, check its size changes or not & then immediately tell me please.
Hope this will clear your doubts
Still awaiting for further questionnare
Regards Celes.

An MRI showed the lump to be a "small-fluid filled hernia" or "cyst". I have been dreading and fearing that the lump could be a hernia since I discovered it. Sometimes the lump disappears when I like down (and harder to feel), sometimes it is still obviously visible while lying down. When I woke up today it was barely detectable while lying down. Just now it was protruding while lying down. While working I feel pain from certain movements such as bending or lifting heavy items.

Brief Answer:
Respected Celes, hi you are taking more tension then needed.

Detailed Answer:
Respected Celes, hi
*All hernias go away inside completely ( of your lump size atleast ) when lie down
unless it is not obstructed by intestinal fat ( in which case it will be very difficult
or sometimes impossible to let them back inside the abdomen )
*Sound Consultant Surgeon will definitely diagnose it as Cyst or Hernia very
clearly on Clinical grounds only.
*Because MRI is only supportive data it`s not going to stamp your diagnosis in
this case.
*Protruding just now while lying down is in favor of my previous judgment of it
not being a hernia.
*Pain from certain movements as bending/ lifting heavy is not in favor of hernia
again because any other lesion can have similar thing as well.
*Lastly taking tension in this manner is not going to change the final diagnosis
& need of future time managements.
Hope this clears more precisely.
I am so much interested in your diagnosis by now that even after closure of
your discussion by now / future, I would like to know the exact clinical
diagnosis of your Surgeon if you wishes from your side.
Thanks regards Celes .
