Brief Answer:
Jock itch

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have jock itch with a fungal skin infection. The fungus grows over the area of the body which are moist especially the crotch, where there is a lot of sweat glands and sweat oozing from the pores. The moisture is probably the best place for the fungus on the body to grow and cause problems like redness, itch and smells.
You just need to dry the area up neatly after every bath. Apply dusting powder (candid powder) available over the counter at any pharmacy. KEEP THE AREA DRY, the itch disappear in a day or two. Do not wear undergarment at night and wear cotton loose pants for air flow.
Are you diabetic or immune deficient? They are more prone for superficial skin fungal infections.
Take care.
