Question: My heart rate is normal and do is my sugar and BP but I can feel my heart beating and I feel a little jittery. What could it be? Can it be stress related

What you are experiencing may be stress and anxiety related. However all the needed cardiac test should be done before we conclude that your heart is fine and nothing is wrong with that (i.e. your symptoms are anxiety related).

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- Blood work including thyroid hormones
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test
