Question: hi i got my periods last month 20.8.16 after that i have sex twice on 30.8.16 & 10.9.16 .now i have not get my periods this month. i have taken regulin tablet a day before but till now my periods didnt came. what should i do.

Thanks for the query to HCM,
As you had sex during your fertile period and twice , there is all likelihood that you may be pregnant, so first rule out pregnancy conclusively with a serum beta hcg test as of now and if hcg levels are less than 3mIU , THEN YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT. In that case the deal can be stress induced and you should then wait for at least 2 weeks post missed periods to allow menses to start naturally. If they still don't then you can opt for a progesterone withdrawal to resume your menses.
