Brief Answer:
Rest is needed for healing.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
It seems that the stretching has caused a minor tear in the muscle fibers of the back. In addition to the muscle relaxant this needs a proper rest for the healing to take place. It is best to avoid all painful activities and avoid any stretching for at least 3 weeks. You can do a hot compress in the area and avoid bending forwards or twisting movements. It will gradually heal on its own with rest.
I hope this answers your query.
