Brief Answer:
Keep a watch

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Your ALT is very slightly above the normal range and this can happen because of drugs, fasting, heavy exercises, pain killer intake and alcohol (which is not in your case).

Other common cause of such elevations can be Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD).

So, in my opinion you should keep a watch on any medicines if you are taking as well as on Liver function tests.

Get it repeated after 1 month, and if the high ALT level persists or it further increases, you would need to get following tests done:

1. HbsAg for Hepatitis B
2. Anti HCV antibody for Hepatitis C
3. Ultrasound Abdomen to see for status of liver.

Avoid any pain killers, Fatty food and do moderate physical exercises.

No medicines are recommended at this level of elevation.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.

Stay Healthy.
