Question: I am around 6 weeks pregnant and been prescribed otomize ear spray for an ear infection. Is this safe to use?

Thanks for posting the query,

This contains dexamethasone, neomycin and acetic acid.

Oral neomycin is considered to be harmful to the baby, can cause hearing defects. However, Neomycin used as spray in the ears has got very minimal absorption and is believed to be safe. If you want to be absolutely risk free, I would suggest you to be off from otomize spray as there are safer alternatives like ciprofloxacin ear sprays.
