Brief Answer:
Yes you can use.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,

This contains dexamethasone, neomycin and acetic acid.

Oral neomycin is considered to be harmful to the baby, can cause hearing defects. However, Neomycin used as spray in the ears has got very minimal absorption and is believed to be safe. If you want to be absolutely risk free, I would suggest you to be off from otomize spray as there are safer alternatives like ciprofloxacin ear sprays.

Any issue do follow up.
All the best.

Hello Doc, I ve had an ear infection from past 3-4 yrs. The 1st time i visited a Dr. He gave me candibiotic eardrops for 21 days twice daily. The same came back after 2 months. When i visited the doctor, he prescribed the same medicine for the same period. But since then it keeps coming back. I am worried that the ear Infection(starts with itch then watery and then painful) is not getting cured by that medicine .. More over i feel it might have gotten immune to this particular medicine. He initially said it looks like fungal infection as i had dandruff. Should i continue with candibiotic ?

my son is 2; has had a swollen lymph node since May 2010 that varies in size but has never gone back down. Originally he had a double ear infection; it s even larger now due to a recurrent double ear infection diagnosed today. I want to know if it could be something more than this; it is not normal to have a visible lymph node 7mos. They keep saying it is ok.

I have an 11 month old baby boy. Weight: 12 KG. He is suffering from an ear infection in his right ear, throat irritation and a rash on his abdomen since yesterday. No fever or lethargy. Playful and eating normally. The doctor put him on antibiotics and antihistamine and said the symptoms are related. Can you explain the relation? I am not convinced as I have 6 children, including 2 with hypogammaglobulinemia/low WBC and neutropenia on monthly IVIG treatments and I have yet to hear of this relation.
