Brief Answer:
symptomwise management

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following is step wise approach:

1. Dupuytren contracture occur in families ( any history of same?), after middle age (58 in you), and more frequently in men and is usually associated with liver disease and long term use of phenytoin (anti epileptic medicine)

PS. Do check with your Liver Function Tests (LFT) and do let me know that seizure is excluded.

2. Since it is a surgical issue (as contracture cause the finger to bend into the palms) thus surgical removal of the tissue causing contracture is ideal. However if not interested then you can go for PANCHKARMA CHIKITSA (mainly Abhyang (massage therapy) and Swedan (sudation)

3. Is Peyronie's disease an online diagnosis or any examination done for the same?

PS. Medical,Surgical and Radioactive approaches none seems to be completely effective. There are devices which will assist the individual with the disease (if present) in participating in sexual intercourse.

4. Using tissue to wipe off the last drop of urine could be normal or there might be some pathology (infection).

PS. Check with a Urologist for necessary examination/investigation and strengthen the pelvic floor muscle by strengthening the bulbocavernous muscle

5. Bendroflumethiazide is a diuretic to control hypertension and dribbling of urine is a side effect/adverse effect of the drug but in studies regarding Peyronie's disease:

3305 reported the drug to be the unlikely cause and 370 people reported it to be possible culprit.

6.. Do revert back with your concerns so that natural remedies can be stated after careful consideration of aspects discussed above.

Thank you for your prompt reply

1. I have Dupuytren contracture for about 10 years but its risen up say half a finger above the rest of the fingers No family history that I know of
Liver Function Tests (LFT) Its only a couple of months since I did my bloods test Results OK But do not know if Liver Function Tests (LFT) were done

Brief Answer:
further managment

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

1. As mentioned earlier that use of medicated oils (Abhyang) and steam (Sudation) is the main stay of treatment of disease arising from connective tissue, tendons, ligaments of palm thus discuss with a qualified Panchkarma Physician there and also look/search for " Needle Aponeurotomy".

2. Since the mentioned disease was an online diagnosis thus before thinking of self medication or treatment get an Urologist expert opinion regarding the same.
