Answered by Dr. Drkaushal85 (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Start nasal spray.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, possibility of allergic rhinitis is more likely.
Best treatment of allergic rhinitis is intranasal spray containing steroid (fluticasone).
No need to worry for long term side effects of montair 10mg. It is safe for long term use.
Usually tests are not required to diagnose allergic rhinitis.
But better to get done CBC (complete blood count) with AEC (absolute eosinophil count), serum IgE, allergy test etc.
Please let me know if she had these tests done or not.
Also tell me if she had tried nasal spray before.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done reports suggested in previous answer.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Your wife is having allergic rhinitis only.
Best treatment of allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
So get done reports suggested by me in the first answer.
Start combimist nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice daily.
This will help her.
Please let me know
1. Is she having breathing difficulty?
2. Is she having whistling sound from lungs while sleeping?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I am talking about nasal spray, not inhaler.
Other common brand names are
1. Duonase
2. Combinase
Please confirm with me before starting.
Also tell me her weight so that I can guide you about exact dosing.
If laboratory is there in Abu then get done tests there only.

Brief Answer:
How is she now after starting nasal spray?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Reports are good.
Vitamin D3 is low and TSH is slightly high.
Eosinophil count is also slightly high.
Serum IgE level is not much raised.
So no need to go force detailed allergy report.
Please tell me how is she after starting nasal spray.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Take combinase AQ twice daily.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I am not understanding.
You first wrote that nasal spray is not taken then you wrote that nasal spray is causing cough.
Is she taking any nasal spray at present?
If yes then which one?
The one I was talking (combinase AQ) should be taken two puffs in each nostril twice daily.

she used to take futiflo long time back which caused problems so she is scared of taking sprays
how long she has to take sprays and when ?like before any allergy sympotoms or start now...
doctor
Answered by Dr. Drkaushal85 (18 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
She should start right now.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
She should start combinase AQ right now.
Two puffs in each nostril twice daily.
Is she taking any other drug? Like montelukast or combination of montelukast and fexofenadine?
And those symptoms after nasal spray is probably due to throat irritation.
So tell her to wash her mouth after nasal spray use.
Was she doing this before?
