I would list of some of those issues which you can overcome. 1. I see you sleep at odd hours (may be due to a different work shift). Presuming you are sleeping regularly at this hour and having a healthy balanced diet, your life style seems fairly good. If you are missing fruits, vegetables and protein rich diet, make sure, you add them. A good protein diet along with vitamins and minerals are essential for hair nourishment. Add cereals, pulses, milk, nuts, beans and root vegetables along with at least one fruit a day. 2. Make sure you are stress free. If you are dealing with extreme stress (family or work) add stress combating methods - exercise, yoga, meditation and so on. They help in the long run to treat hair issues. 3. A good shampoo that takes care of dandruff is essential in the treatment of hair fall problems. If you notice dandruff issues despite Dove shampoos, you can consider changing it to medicated formulas. 4. If hair fall is worsening with time, you can add supplements to your diet. Protein supplements such as proteinex and vitamin supplements such as biotin forte every day is what I recommend my patients. 5. Hair is very brittle when it is wet.
