Brief Answer:
GET EVALUATED.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

Yes, if we see your weight as per your height, it is definitely low.

Now, there are two things. First is that you are unable to gain weight since beginning.
Second is you have got weight loss later in life.

If you are unable to gain weight or you have weight loss, you should be evaluated for organic causes behind it.

A lot many times it is just constitutional.

But, if there is any organic cause, it should be evaluated.
For example, if you a person has weight loss associated with loose stools, pain abdomen, anemia then we evaluate for Celiac Disease.

In case a person has fever, weight loss then we evaluate for tuberculosis.

So, in either case, following investigations should be performed:

1. Complete Hemogram
2. Fasting and Post Prandial Blood sugar
3. Kidney and Lover function tests
4. Thyroid profile
5. Stool for occult blood.
6. Chest X-ray
7. Ultrasound Abdomen

If any issues are found in these reports, we would investigate further accordingly.
If no issues are found, you weight is low constitutionally.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
