Brief Answer:
Hello. Home cooked food is advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the query. So in a case of carcinoma of stomach, properly cooked home food is advisable. Roots and salads should be avoided. Fruits when properly washed and peeled off, can be taken. Any sugar can be taken.
The treatment of ca stomach depends upon the stage. A slight spill into the nodes is still curable.
Thanks and regards

Hello dear. Sugars can be taken. Spilling only upto the nodes is still curable. However, colonic infiltration portends a poor prognosis.
