Suggest Homeopathic Remedies For Hemorrhoids

Question: Hi, I have anal fissure 2 years back and cured completely. From few months I can feel small piles which might me of grade 1 is present. I heard Homeopath is best medicine when compared to Alopathy or ayurvedic. Could you please suggest best homeopath medicine for this case. Its not painful right now and no discomfort but I can fee small tiny piece inside my anus when I touched.

Thanks for the response and below are my comments
1 Do you have bleeding , frequency of bleeding , type of blood -- NO bleeding
2 Type of pain - No pain and some times I feels itching
3 Eating habit veg / non veg / alcohol - I eat non veg twice a week
4 smoking habit? - 2 cigarettes a day
5 earlier medication - I don't remember as I took medication 2 years back.

Right now only thing I can see is a little tiny pile which I can feel if I touch in my anus which might be grade 1. Apart from that I don't have any symptoms on this.
I'm just looking for some permanent solution which can get rid of this and problem will not come back again.

Based on information i have selected some medicine for you and suggest you to start the medication as prescribed
You may start with
1 Aesculus Q 20 drops with half cup of water three times in a day
2 Thuja 1M 2 drops directly on tongue once in a day

Take this medicine for a month and then revert back.
Their may be change in medication in next followup.
Avoid Smoking, spicy and non veg food items.
