Suggest Dosage Of Propranolol To Lower Heart Rate

Question: I was recently prescribed propranolol 10mg once a day, for my fast heart rate. The doctor that prescribed me this said it was fast when he took my BP. I don't remember the exact number, I want to say 135/83/115. I took it for the first time today, and it did lower my heart rate, I want to know if I take it tomorrow, will it lower my heart rate more, or kind of keep it in check. I'm a 26 yr old male. I recently discovered I have mild anxiety also.

Dear Sir,

If you take it tomorrow, it will lower your heart rate as much as today.
If your doctor prescribed you ordinary Prolranolol, not the extended release capsules, it will act for quite short time, and it will wash out from your blood before the next day.
I would advise you to take it when you feel fast heart beats during the day.

I took it at 11am this morning, it is now midnight, and it has maintained to be 85 when active and about 69 when resting. I just don't want it to severely drop the rate and pressure.
