Question: My husband had his kidney stone surgically blasted and today had his stent removed. He is in excruciating pain. He tool one vicodin at 11:40... when can he take another?

Dear Sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.. you can take another tablet after 4-6 hours while the maximum daily dose depends on the type of Vicodin tablet , if a 5mg tablet then the maximum daily dose is 8 tablets .. if a 7.5 mg or a 10 mg tablet then the maximum daily dose will be 6 tablets .
