Brief Answer:
she'd rather not

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the maximum recommended daily dose for adults is 4 grams. If it's the 665mg tablets then 6 tablets provide 3990mg. She should not exceed that to stay on the safe side. If the pain is unbearable then opioids will have to be added to the regimen. Another potentially useful drug would be a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) like ibuprofen. Since NSAID have a lot of side effects particularly when used regularly, it's better to avoid using them.

Remember to ask her doctor before adding anything to her regimen. Her doctor knows her medical history and should decide which drugs she can take.

Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
can't be predicted

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

The recommended daily dose is 4grams. This means that exceeding this limit, will increase the risk for liver damage. It's possible that she'll have no problem with the extra dose but nobody can guaranty that. If she doesn't have peptic ulcer, allergies, serious hypertension, chronic kidney disease, dehydration or other serious medical conditions then she can try taking ibuprofen, which should be easy to find.

Kind Regards!
