Suggest Dosage For Mifepristone And Misoprostol

Question: Hi,
my wife had taken mifegest first pill yesterday at around 11 PM and as per the suggestion after 36 hrs (tomorrow at 11 AM) she will take another 2 tabs and again after 12 hrs (tomorrow at 11 PM) she will take the rest two . is it the correct procedure to take the dose . All tablet can take orally?

Yes perfect procedure and exactly is the pattern to take it.
Yes all can be taken orally but misoprostol if taken vaginally has a a better absorption and lesser nausea but in case she is not comfortable then can take oral.
Mifepristone is always oral therapy only.

Thanks for your quick reply. She has taken her 1st misoprostol (two tablet) today at 11.00 AM orally and bleeding has been started and feel heavy nausea and abdominal pain. Now my question is that 1. it is required to take next misoprostol (two tablet) 2. If required, she can take next misoprostol (two tablet) vaginally. 3. How long time it will be stay. 4. How i know the medicine abortion completed successfully.

Yes she still needs to take the rest of the medicines on scheduled time and can take it either vaginally or orally according to her preference.
It takes around 24-48 hours for the abortion process to complete after intake of first misoprostol tablet.
