Question: Hai my baby is 50 days old and she is vomiting occasionally. And I give her 3 drops of domstal drops at that time. Is it safe for baby or should i give her drops regularly? Please help me with this.

Hi... occasional vomiting does not warrant medication.

Regular administration of domperidone is not warranted unless there is a definite clinical indication.
