Brief Answer:
You can give 7.5 ml of syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

The dose of acetaminophen/paracetamol is 10-15 mg/kg/dose.Maximum dose of 60 mg/kg/day can be given in 3-6 divided dosage.
Each 5 ml syrup of paracetamol contain 120 mg.So you can give 6 ml of syrup every 4 hourly for your baby.
In another way you can give 9 ml of syrup every 6 hourly. If frequency is less and fever is of high grade this regime works better.
Apart from this You can do tepid sponging (sponging of whole body with lukewarm water).
If fever is not responding to these measures you can give mefenemic acid (meftal-p) along with paracetamol. The dose of mefenemic acid is 6-8 mg / kg / dose and it can be given three times a day. Each 5 ml contains 100 mg, so dose would be around 5 ml for 14 kg's baby.
Most common cause of cough with fever in this age is some viral infection.Second common cause is bacterial infection.
Giving cough syrup containing bronchodilator like salbutamol with antiallergic like cetrizine and some mucolytic like ambroxol would provide relief.
If the fever is persistent, cough gets worsened or there is breathing difficulty consult your doctor immediately.

I hope this helps.
