Suffering Form Abdominal Pain, Feel Weak. What Could Be The Problem ?

hi dr i am AAAA im 22 years old man.from last night i am suffering form abdominal pain and i am feeling weak ...and my stool is seems like undigested and i am not feeling hungry as like before ..so pls kindly advice me what is my actual disease and what types of medicine and food do i have to take....awaiting for your favorable reply

Thanks for posting,

From your description you are having an abdominal colic which is likely due to an infection, bacteria, parasitic, fungi or amoeba. You will need your stools examined in the laboratory to determine the cause. Antibiotics and deparasitation might be required. You will also need an antispasmodic or analgesia for the stomach pain. If pain is too severe, it is advisable that you get consulted by a doctor as soon as possible. An acute abdomen might the problem you are having and the cause might be more severe than you present it on this forum (e.g appendicitis).

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you are having indigestion mainly due to heavy food or taken at late night.
You may take antispasmodic tablet like Meftal spas or Cyclopam.
Take light and easily digestible food and early at night.
Avoid spicy and junk food.
While taking food chew it proper.
Take plenty of water.
