Brief Answer:
Type of cream woul depends upon the growth

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

It depends upon what the growth is. If the growth is a wart keratolytic creams can be advised such as podophyllum resin. If there is associated anal fissure then GTN ( Nitroglycerine ) and nifedipine cream can be advised. I would advise you to consult a proctologist to do a proper proctosigmoidoscopic exam to advise accordingly. In the meanwhile, Take plenty of water, a mild laxative and high fiber diet to avoid constipation.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
