Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Arthritis is a condition which worsens on movement of the involved joint. Placing the joint in rest position like semiflexed in knee and elbow and lying down for hip joint.

Arthritis as such do not need for the diet to be modified except that more amount of calcium XXXXXXX foods like milk, XXXXXXX leafy veg and eggs have to be consumed.

Taking her in early morning sunlight is recommended.

A good care has to be taken in terms of diet considering the pancreatitis she has.
Here she may have to restrict high sugar and fatty food and consume more amount of vegetables with lots of sugar less juices.

Also inadvertent use of any medications like pain killer or any other should be avoided.

Mild exercises early in the evening is advisable to avoid veno-occlusive diseases due to long term immobility.

Hope I answered your query.

Wish you good health and a speedy recovery.

Regards,
