Brief Answer: Details not attached Detailed Answer: Hi, Since you are feeding mother I do not advice any medicine for high Cholesterol now. It is worth to review after six month since stopping your feeds. I suggest a natural way to acquire Vit D now. You can stay in sun for 15 min per day from 10AM to 10.15AM every day. It is better to take your baby in the sun so that he synthesizes Vit D as well. Generally the Vit D deficiency can pass to next generation. You had not mentioned the Vit D (1,25 OH Calciferol) value. It would be better to know how much deficient you are to replace with external Vit D supplements. We generally advice 4000 IU Vit D per day for 12 weeks and later 2000 IU as maintainence dose. Hope this helps.

Brief Answer: Not able to see the reports here Detailed Answer: Hi, You can send the reports to YYYY@YYYY with sub: ATTN Dr Mazumdar. Prohormone of Vit D is 25(OH)D, less than 12 ng/mL is considered evidence of severe vitamin D deficiency and 25 (OH)D between 20 to 29 is considered insufficient. You can get over the counter Vit D3 pills of 4000 IU, and take one tablet per day, you can adjust the dose if you get 2000IU pills. You would also get a lot of pills with calcium in it making it larger in size, if you do not have calcium deficiency there is no need to take them. Still my best choice would be to expose to sun from 10AM to 4PM for 10 min a day, as there is no toxicity. Pills can produce over dose toxicity. Cholesterol - At this stage I advise one Garlic pill at night with food. You can prefer to have Fish oil supplements 2gm per day, thrice a day along with food. Hope this helps
