Brief Answer:
Needs investigations to detect cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
Delayed periods can happen due to hormonal imbalance, emotional upset, anxiety, stress, or other medical conditions that affect the ovaries, uterus, hypothalamus, or pituitary gland. Hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome or less frequently a pituitary tumor causing high prolactin levels or a hypothalamic disease are other causes that need to be investigated in yoru case to find out the exact cause.
The delayed periods are often associated with anovulatory cycles thus there is a difficulty in conception.
You need detailed investigations like FSH , LH , Prolactin , DHEA's, ultrasound scan, etc under doctor's guidance.
It is best to consult an infertility specialist for proper treatment.
I hope this answers your query.
