My Son Is 6 Year Old.had Fever And Abdominal Pain
Question: My son is 6 year old.had fever and abdominal pain for two days .we consulted dr .he gave parecetamol 250 mg syrup, junior lanzol 30mg, bifilac clausi twice a day,emeset.
After two days fever got subsided.but he din pass stools..loss of appetite.we consulted dr gave medicines for constipation and he had little food even then he feels tried and sleepiness ..most of the time he sleeps a lot and loss of appetite.
Plz suggest me should i take any blood test for dengue or any other.any medicine for tried and los sof appetite.

Hi Dr,
Thanks for the ur consultation..we took all the test today typhoid,dengue,scrub typus and cbt.all came out negative but WBC count alone decrease to 3300.rest remains fine .
Let me knw how to improve.dr haven't prescribed any medicine.any multivitamin syrup for strength.

Apart from bed rest , enough fluids and a good diet, nothing extra is needed
