Hello,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The endometrium lining undergoes various phases menstruation cycle.
Menstrual cycle divided into proliferate phase, ovulation phase and secretary phase.

During proliferative phase, endometrial cells multiply and divided under effect of estrogen.
So it signify multiplication of endometrial lining.

If proliferative endometrial lining shows atypical epithelium than regular screening needed or else no need to worry for proliferative endometrium.

If excess endometrial lining proliferation leads to bleeding than progesterone containing pill can be prescribed for that.

I suggest you consult gynecologist for detailed evaluation and get prescription accordingly.

Hope this will help you.

Regards.

Hello,
Welcome back to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.

You have mentioned proliferative endometrium in report which states multiplying endometrial lining.

Her clinical correlation should be done for further management.

You can upload doctor prescription and reports to comment more on that. You can attach reports or any image herewith.

Hope I have answered your question.
