Question: Hi i had a laparoscopy done for endometriosis this tuesday . But just had my period and i bleed a lot . Would it be ok to use tampons

No, you should not use tampons after any pelvic surgery and seeing the history of endometriosis you should not use tampons at all.
They hinder with the flow and thus can increase retrograde flow from uterus to Fallopian tubes and then into the peritoneum especially in cases with heavy flow.
