Brief Answer:
only for pain

Detailed Answer:
hi and welcome.
Well, there is no medications which could affect carpal syndrome directly ,there are only painkillers which can reduce pain, or in cases of severe symptoms, corticosteroids can be used or as pills or as injections into carpal tunnel. Warm compresses may be benefical, also avoid excessive typing and manual work.
Wish you good health. Regards
