Is Sore Throat Following Oral Sex A Symptom Of STD Or HIV?

Question: Hello, I am a 25 year old, 5'4 female. that recently engaged in sexual activity. I have never had vaginal or anal sex, and have only recently had oral sex for the first time. I have performed oral sex on two men within the past month. One ejaculated in my mouth (and I had no open cuts or sores that I know of), and the other did not. I have also had oral sex performed on me twice for a very brief period of time. Both of these encounters occurred about a couple of weeks ago. Before engaging in any activity, I asked both men about their sexual history and whether they had been tested. The one I am particularly concerned about (the one who ejaculated in my mouth) is very sexually active but also extremely cautious about engaging in sexual activity and gets tested often. He even offered to provide me a copy of his most recent test results. About a week ago, I noticed that my vagina was burning and itching. I examined my vagina thoroughly and saw no sores or lesions like you would normally see from herpes. Nor did I have any discharge of any kind. I discussed my symptoms with my sister who believed I had a yeast infection because I am on birth control for my periods and have had significant stress lately due to my job. I went to the store and bought a pH test which pointed to the fact that I had a yeast infection. I took an at-home treatment and most of my symptoms cleared up the next day. A couple of days ago, I noticed that I had a scratchy throat. It's very mild, and I often get scratchy throats when I visit smoke-filled bars (as I did the evening before) and because of the crazy weather changes during this month. I also think maybe one of my lymph nodes is swollen, which could be because I've been messing with it so much due to my paranoia. I plan on getting tested sometime next week. However, I have worried myself to death that I may have HIV because of my symptoms the past few days, even though I know that getting HIV from oral sex is extremely unlikely (even though the risk does increase with ejaculation in the mouth, which is why I'm worried). I don't have any muscle aches or pains, a fever, or rash, which I noticed are symptoms of HIV. Nor have I felt fatigued. However, I am concerned because I did let the one man ejaculate in my mouth. I discussed my fears with him, and he reassured me that he had been recently tested and did not have HIV. While of course, I know that I could have some other STD, such as gonorrhea or herpes, I feel more reassured about those since I can get tested for those next week. However, I remain concerned about the HIV. I don't plan on engaging in any more sexual activity with someone until I know for sure that the person has been tested recently. I know this was a major screw up. However, I am hoping that I did not catch anything that will stay with me permanently from these encounters!
I should mention that my sister is a nurse, and that's why I asked her the question regarding my symptoms. I also have an insertable vibrator that I recently purchased (about a month and a half ago) that she also said could be the source of my yeast infection. I also asked the guy who did not ejaculate in my mouth about his sexual history and testing, both before and after our sexual encounter, and he said he had been recently tested and was clean. Additionally, I should tell you that I deal with some anxiety issues that I've been medicated for in the past (but no longer) if that makes a difference.
