Brief Answer:
Depends on the availability of space and their temperaments

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for writing to healthcaremagic.

The sharing of room by opposite sex siblings depends on their temperaments.
Twins after sharing same womb feel more happier after spending more time with each other and even sharing a bed room.
But as the children grow they want their own space and privacy. They have their own preferences and parents should give value to their modesty.
The onset of puberty usually starts by this age and children of this age are more curious about the opposite gender. It is better to provide them seperate bed room if space is available. If not then at least make some arrangement for changing privately.
If you ever noticed that any of your sibling is aggresive sexually you must make seperate arrangement.
The overall decision depends on you as you know much better about their behavior and emotions.

My concern is that sexual curiousity will lead to serious emotional scaring.
The girl twin is showing signs of ,small "brest buds".

The only alternative would be for the girl to share a king size bed with the mom.
What do you think of this solution ?

Brief Answer:
It would be a better alternative

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

Sharing bed with mom is better alternative appears to me.But be cautious.Children of this age may have serious emotional problems due to sudden changes.
Your son can get scared of being alone and daughter may get confused about the unwanted changes. So I would suggest you to do it gradually.
If bed size is enough you can bring both of them with you for few days.
I hope you will manage it very well.
All the best.
With warm regards
