Brief Answer:
different origin but can come together

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic,

I understand your concern. These two conditions can appear together but their origin is different. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease which appears to be chronic with releaves and relapses. Impetigo is on the other way is an acute bacterial skin infection caused by streptoccocus. Psoriasis is a skin disease characterized by red, scaly patches, papules, and plaques, which usually itch. Sometimes patients scratch the skin so hard to cause infections, mostly impetigo.

So the origin is different but psoriasis with its symptoms can cause impetigo.

I hope this answer was helpful to you and that I managed to explain you the difference and the connection of these two diseases.
