Brief Answer:
get a serum beta hcg test..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
If you have been amenorrhoeic since more than a year long then you are in menopause, however it you have been getting menses off an on in a gap of 3-4 months or so then the stage is perimenopausal. However your concern regarding pregnancy can be conclusively addressed with a serum beta hcg test if urine home pregnancy test are negative yet , but you still anxious about the results.
The hcg levels in blood if they are less than 3IU, then you are surely and conclusively not pregnant.
Also to confirm menopause, you may get your FSH &LH levels done , and they should or would be higher than 30 , in a case of menopause. And in menopause , there is no ovulation and hence no chances of pregnancy.
