Is Mustard Oil A Safe Sexual Lubricant?
Question: Hi I used mustard oil as a lubricant during intercourse... Is it not safe? Does it reduce the chances of getting pregnant?

Mustard oil has anti bacterial and anti fungal properties. It is safe as a lubricant during sex. There are some reports that mustard oil is mixed with semen, the sperm became hyperactive and stayed that way for at least an hour. So rather than reducing it may increase the chance of pregnancy.
Conclusion is it is safe and does not reduce the chances of getting pregnant.

Hello sir... just wanted to share my background history with you. i had conceived last year in may 2015 and in august 2015 my pregnancy reports were not fine. According to the reports there was down syndrome of very high level and also the nasal bone was not present in the baby. So in august end i aborted the the baby as a normal pain delivery. now after 6 months i am planning again to conceive and had gone through all the tests like karyotying and other tests which doc suggested me and the result was fine. i am also taking normoz, consevel and folvitex. can you please guide me as to how will i conceive early and what precautions to be taken to conceive a healthy baby. Also kindly share with me the tips for health pregnancy as i am little worried due to last time experience???? Do i need to do intercourse every day during ovulation time or every alternative day? as far as my periods are concerned the dates for last 5 months are 30 oct, 27 nov, 24 dec, 27 XXXXXXX 24 feb & 24 mar. Are my periods on time? what is the best ovulation time that i have have intercourse to conceive early? kindly guide me thoroughly and i am little worried about my past.????

First of all try to make your mind free of worries regarding pregnancy. This will help in conceiving as well as production of good ovum.
To be pregnant the most important factor is timely appropriate intercourse between fertile man and woman.
Fertile male means semen report is normal with sperm count more than 20 million per ml.
Fertile female means regular periods with ovulation.
Your period is very much regular. Your cycle is around of 28 days. This means your ovulation is occurring on 14th day of last menstrual beginning date. Considering this your next ovulation should be on 7th April. Successful intercourse between +/- 2 days of ovulation leads to pregnancy.
To become pregnant female should remain in supine (lying down/sleeping) position for at least half an hour so sperms can reach deep in to cervix or uterus. After successful ejaculation in vagina you should raise your leg with help of support or just bent your legs in the way that your knees touch to your breasts. This position for half an hour will help sperm to reach deep in to cervix.
Sperms can live there in uterus for 4-5 days. In female if ovulation has occurred just before a day or after 3 days of sex, possibility is there that ovum and sperm can meet successful and female conceives.
I recommend every day intercourse for 4 days around ovulation(5th April - today night to 8th April night in your case.)
Other factor is no sex on previous 3 days of fertile period (2,3,4 th Apri)l or no masturbation by your husband to make semen of good density of sperms.(however you do not have that time now if it has been done).
You are taking already multivitamins which may prevent abnormality in baby and also help in healthy baby. Yo should also take care of your diet after being pregnant for good healthy baby.
After trying this approach just wait for your next period. If no period is there, go for urine pregnancy test (UPT) and may God give you success.
If at all you cannot get result in this month same approach should be applied next month. Ask your husband also to take multivitamins and good healthy diet with you.
Nothing more than this is required. To be pregnant is ultimately nature’s choice.

Thank you so much for your kind reply. I'm pretty much confident know. Just wanted to share that we had intercourse on 29th mar, 31apr, 2nd nd 3rd Apr. Should we intercourse today as well.?????? will the chances of conceiving be less??? Also suggest if can continue with skipping nd exercise during ovulation time... Thank you so much!!!!
