Is Medication Effective When One Urinates Immediately After Taking It?

Question: I'm pretty sure I have a bladder infection, will be getting it checked out tomorrow. My question is: I took my medication this morning and immediately had to go to the bathroom. Did my medication get into my system?

Your bladder infection doesn't affect your medications getting into your system.
