Himalaya V gel is a popular gel used to treat vaginal infections, however I strongly suggest you to avoid using it as a stand alone treatment. I recommend you to use it along with oral antibiotics like Tab Levflox or Tab Bactrium DS to control vaginal infections.
Vaginal infections are serious and can lead to complications like pelvic inflammatory disease, please approach a gynecologist before self medicating
