Brief Answer:
may or may not stop with medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome,

Unfortunately it is difficult to stop it once it has started. However you may try using tablet regestrone 5 mg twice daily along with tablet tranexamic acid twice daily 12 hours apart after prescription from your doctor to see if there are any contraindications to the use of these drugs for you.

It may or may not work.

Other options are injection testoveron again obtained by prescription and has side effects.

None of the methods gurantee that the period will stop once it has started. Tranexamic acid may however decrease the amount of bleeding.

I do understand the urgency but unfortunately we dont have medications to gurantee that it will stop.

Hope this satisfies your query.
