Is It Alright To Use Saliva As Lubricant During Intercourse?

Question: Is it ok my husband used his saliva as lubricant during sex? I'm 19 weeks pregnant and he used quite a bit for lubrication. We're both STD free.

Thanks for being on HCM.Human saliva usually have some bacteria.So,please use some medically appropriate lubricant like K-Y Jelly to prevent any risk of infection and to ensure safety of fetus.Hope this helps.Please vote a thanks.

Surely,saliva has some bacterias but they are not that harmful.So,just get relaxed.Nothing will happen to your baby.But,please take precautions regarding this.Atleast during pregnancy,try to avoid this in future.After all,we should take all the precautions, we can.A baby is the most precious entity in the world. Isn't it?
