Brief Answer:
If Asymptomatic nothing to be done.

Detailed Answer:
I understand your concern.

See, a lot many people have there BP on lower side, but if asymptomatic nothing to be done. We consider this normal.
Your Pulse rate is also normal, no problems with that.

As far as platelet counts are concerned, they are bit on higher side. But variations may occur.
I advise you to repeat the platelet count, it might have come down to normal limits. In case it is increasing further then further work up is required.
So, get it repeated and write back to me.

As far as BP and Pulse rate are concerned, they would be considered normal if you are asymptomatic and in case you have any symptoms please mention them.

I hope I am able to help you with your query.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Get General Blood Picture.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
As far as your pulse and BP is considered, you don't require any medications or investigations for that.
For platelet count also I don't suggest much workup, but just get a General Blood Picture done. If there is Any abnormality in Platelet size and shape, then further work up would be required.
Now about your Lipid Profile, there is Dyslipidemia but not to the extent that you would require medications.
You just need to exercise regularly, avoid potato , oil, rice, butter, burgers and all unhealthy snacks.
Keep a close watch on the Lipid Profile , get it repeated after 3 months
So, in general for all your issues discussed, you don't require any treatment.
Just adopt Healthy life style and living.
If you have any further query please ask me,else close the discussion and rate it.
Stay Healthy.
