Question: Is it ok to stop Klonopin after 5 days of usage at .5 Mg once per day? Is this safe to do?
Can i take it a few days per week and avoid dependence of i space it out?

It is indeed safe to stop taking Klonopin 0.5mg after 5 days of use at once per day.

There is no safe way to take Klonopin if you want to avoid dependence. Spacing it out will not help. Taking Klonopin for more than a total of a few months will mean you will become dependent on it. If you want to avoid dependence, I strongly suggest using a different medication. For anxiety, SSRI antidepressants such as Lexapro or Zoloft are the standard of care. You can also consider psychotherapy instead of medication, as it is equally effective.
