Brief Answer:
Treatment options are not great

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

Hi XXXX

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

Your growth will be completed once your puberty changes are complete by around 16-20 years. This is because the growth plate in our long bones will fuse due to the effect of sex hormones and no further height gain is possible.

No medications will help you to increase your height at your age. Only option left is the surgical elongation of long bones. But this will compromise your bone health.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you.
