Is Heavy Food Intake Advisable During Pregnancy?

Question: bp checked @ prenatal (8 wks pregnnant) 139/80 no history of high bp it was shrugged off said maybe nerves. Can i still sometimes indulge in heavy food? Wasnt given advice by doctor. And sometimes, all i want to eat is a burger!

I am so sorry to hear about this BP measurement. This blood pressure needs to be controlled before we can be able to tell whether this is for real high or not. There is no diet limitation as a result of blood pressure. All i will recommend is that you should limit the quantity of salt in your diet. Otherwise, there is no reason to limit your food intake.
