Is erectile dysfunction associated with low sperm count?

Question: Are erection problems associated with low sperm count/motility?
My fiancee has erection problems sometimes - not always - even though he is only 26 years old, and we are trying for a baby the last 4 months without success. I know it is not a long time trying however i would like to know if erection problems are associated at all with low sperm count/motility? We didn't do any sperm tests yet.

Please get semen analysis done to identify if the sperm count is normal.

Is he able to insert inside you ? Why do you say he has erectile dysfunction ?

Thanks a lot for your reply. He has erection problems about 50% of times and dicficulties ejaculating many times. However the other 50% he is having normal erection and ejaculation.
I just thought that these disfunctions might somehow associated with low sperm count/quality.
